Plastic Model Kit 【Scale】1/24 【Size】Approx. 188mm overall length when assembled 【Other】Decals included Enjoy the Montan Wax sponsor markings, a stark contrast to the kit's standard red-and-white color scheme. ● Reproduces the BMW 320i E36 that won the 2001 Dutch Touring Car Championship at 1/24 scale ● Approx. 188mm overall length when assembled ● Includes decals to recreate the livery of Schubert Motorsport's car that competed in the 2001 Macau Gear Race/DTC German Touring Car Cup ● Realistically recreates underbody chassis details ● Interior details like the roll cage are meticulously modeled ● Also includes markings for the car driven by Coronel in the 2001 Dutch Touring Car Championship 【About the Real Car】 The E46 model was BMW's flagship touring car from the 1990s to the 2000s, boasting a glorious history of success in touring car racing. Developed based on the fourth-generation BMW 3 Series introduced in 1999, it was entrusted to numerous teams competing in touring car races worldwide. While most touring car base vehicles transitioned to front-engine, front-wheel drive (FF) configurations, BMW steadfastly maintained its front-engine, rear-wheel drive (FR) layout. This earned high trust from drivers and teams seeking handling characteristics distinct from FF vehicles. The BMW E46 entered by Curly Motors in the Dutch Touring Car Championship (DTCC) from 1999 to 2003 secured the championship in 2001 with Tom Coronel at the wheel. 【About the Model】 This plastic model assembly kit reproduces the 2001 Dutch Touring Car Championship (DTCC) winning machine, the BMW 320i E46 driven by Tom Coronel, at 1/24 scale. It faithfully models the simple, basic body style. This kit includes decals to recreate the livery of the German Schubert Motorsport car that competed in the 2001 Macau Gear Race and the DTC German Touring Car Cup, with Montanwax, a long-established German car wax manufacturer, as the main sponsor. The set includes two variants: car number 8 from the 2001 Macau Gear Race and car number 44 from the DTC German Touring Car Cup. Choose your preferred version to complete. Detailed elements are faithfully reproduced, including the Oschersleben circuit diagram on the roof and the spark plug illustration on the doors. Naturally, the kit's interior and underside chassis also feature detailed representations that are not to be missed.
