Zipang Hobby is a Japanese shipping site which handles figures, plastic/resin kits,books and hobby goods. Zipang Hobby was established to handle not only major items but also small creator's items and art to deliver to you from Japan!!

Availability of items

There are many items on our site. Of course, we are paying effort to deliver all of your desired items. But depend on the circumstances of items, sometimes we may cancel your order. sorry.

Basically, stocked items will be sent certainly. But there is possibility unexpected trouble may occur. When it occured, we will contact to you by e-mail and explain whhat has happened.

Backorder items are usually shipped a week to 3weeks later.

But depend on items supplying, it might be over a month or We can't answer the period.

In these case we contact with you and ask which you choose cancel or wait. 

We will contact to you as soon as how long we need to prepare your back ordered items.

Preorder items are depend on supplier company.

Of course we try to ship every our customer who pre-ordered on our site,

But there are too populer poroducts may be short arrival to us from maker companies.

In these case, we have to cancel some customer's pre-order from the tail.  So Sorry.

Shipping method

We send items each order by EMS or SAL service by Japan post.co.,ltd.

How to use

Adding items to cart and push the " proceed To Check out ". input customer informations and choose the payment method. We can handle paypal and credit card. (credit information is handled by Pypal.com, we can't touch your credit information.) After payment,stock items are prepared to send to you. We need 2-4 business days to finish packing. About Backorder items and preordered items, we send a bill for payment to you after prepared to send items. After Confirmed your payment,we will send items and a mail which contains shippment information.
