Details
It is Kebel Wagen that the Germans used extensively during World War II as a contact and movement foot. A prototype vehicle was completed in 1938 with a military vehicle built on the Volkswagen (National Car) developed with the Hitler's National Car Concept. Deployment was started as Pkw.K1 Kubelwagen 82 type. Equipped with an air-cooled engine at the rear and equipped with a torsion bar suspension for superior maneuverability. In addition to high reliability, it was widely used not only in Europe but also in the North African Front in the desert. In particular, Kubelwagen's African specifications, used in the desert areas of North Africa, wore tires called wide balloon tires to lower the ground pressure and prevent them from being buried in sand.
