The 398 cc model appeared in the popular CB 400 FOUR.
Along with the revision of the driver's licensing system which came into effect in 1975, the 398 cc model which appeared as a model exclusively for Japan was reproduced perfectly.

● Tail lamps and blinkers etc. are color-coded and need not be painted
● Wheels, fenders, mufflers, etc., plated parts are heavy
