The Shine Blade Series, which has been well-received as a file that is hard to clog by cutting a groove with a CNC milling machine, is now available for cutting light metals, completely different from the conventional structure in which the file is made by hammering in a slot. Carburizing and nitriding quenching process enhances strength and enables cutting of light metals. Each face has a double grain equivalent to #400 and a single grain equivalent to #1000. Special model with a unique U-order valley structure to minimize clogging.
