Upgraded version with improved accuracy! This R-Boko enables R-face machining and fine R-face line erasing, which has been difficult until now! R convex surface cutting can be selected and fine R chamfering can be performed. Saw craftsmen use 0.4mm-thick steel (steel plate) and apply fine cutting edges of 10 microns* on both sides of each R concave. The actual thickness is about 0.38 mm. (*10 microns is 1/100 of a millimeter) Eleven types of R concave surfaces are processed, allowing the user to select the R surface cutting process that best suits the object and smoothly chamfers fine corners.
