Aoshima's Waterline Series has been renewed with greater precision!! We have newly researched and designed the outfitting parts. By incorporating numerous slide mechanisms into the molds, we have accurately reproduced the intricate details of the 1/700 scale. We present the Waterline Series, reborn with enhanced precision. <Newly Added Molds> The special submarine tender “Nisshin” was originally designed as a minelayer. It was later converted into a seaplane tender and finally completed as a Type A target ship. However, in actual combat operations, it served as an armed high-speed transport on extremely dangerous missions and was sunk by enemy aircraft bombing off Bougainville Island. The kit faithfully depicts its distinctive features: three twin 14cm guns?uncommon for a seaplane carrier?a stacked, imposing bridge, and detailed aircraft handling equipment. Newly designed fittings like various seaplanes and seaplane catapults have been added, effectively conveying the precision and intricate detail of 1/700 scale. 【Product Features】 ・Utilizes slide molds to achieve intricate and precise detailing!! ・Updated parts including triple machine guns and seaplanes!! ・Includes 12 special submarine targets “K?hy?teki”.
