Plastic model [Scale] 1/700 Aoshima's Water Line has been renewed with more precision! The outfitting parts have been newly considered and designed. The molds are equipped with numerous sliding mechanisms to accurately reproduce the precision of the 1/700 scale. We are proud to present the Water Line series reborn with more precision. Originally built as a cargo ship for Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, the ship was outfitted as a special seaplane carrier in 1942 during the Pacific War. During her transport mission, she was struck twice by lightning from U.S. submarines, but was unsuccessful and survived, only to be sunk by bombing in May 1945. This kit is a 1/700 scale plastic model kit of the “Kunikawa Maru” which was converted to a special seaplane carrier. The parts are designed to be simple and easy to assemble, and can be accurately reproduced. Various outfits such as 25mm machine gun and aircraft catapult are newly designed and added. The precision and precision of the 1/700 scale are well represented. ●Slide molds are used to achieve a dense and precise molding! ● Various parts have been updated, focusing on outfitting such as the serial machine gun and aircraft catapult!
