In commemoration of Chogokin's 50th anniversary year in 2024, the world-famous "Gorion, King of the Hundred Beasts" (known overseas as "Voltron") will appear in a 50th anniversary edition. The waist and other parts of the figure are black in respect to the chogokin of the time, and several other silver-colored parts have been changed to plated silver. The year 2024 marks the 40th anniversary of "VOLTRON" and the 50th anniversary of Chogokin. To commemorate this event, the figure has been commercialized in a coloring that respects the DX Chogokin of that time. The pedestal has been changed to black to match the regular Chogokin Soul. BLACK LION's abdomen and thighs have been plated with silver. RED LION (RED LION) has silver plated abdomen. GREEN LION: silver plated abdomen and neck. BLUE LION is the same specification as the past products. YELLOW LION is the same specification as past products.
