Plastic model [Scale] 1/72 The F-2 is a fighter aircraft jointly developed by Japan and the United States based on the F-16 fighter aircraft adopted by the US Air Force, in line with Japan's unique operational concept and geographical characteristics. This aircraft, which began development as FS-X in 1988, will fly for the first time in 1995. The main modifications from the F-16 are to increase the wing area to improve turning performance, and to adopt advanced materials and advanced structures for lighter weight and higher performance.
