Plastic model [Scale] 1/72 The 18th Wing of the U.S. Air Force Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) has been based at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa since the Vietnam War. The tail code "ZZ" (the alphabet on the vertical tail) has been a familiar marking to aviation enthusiasts in Japan since the days of the F-4 fighter aircraft. The 44th and 67th Fighter Wings, which belong to this Wing, have operated F-15s for a long time and contributed to peace and stability in the East Asian region, but the F-15C fighters will disappear from the Japanese skies due to a change in the USAF's operational concept and retirement due to obsolescence. The kit features a new mold for the vertical tail wing, which is different from that of the Air Self-Defense Force aircraft.
