The Blue Angels are an acrobatic team organized by the U.S. Navy in 1946. They are rivals with the Air Force acrobatic team, the Thunderbirds, and both have attracted aviation fans from all over the world. The F-4J was used from 1969 to 1974, and in the fall of 1971, the team toured the Far East to commemorate the 25th anniversary of its founding, and in Japan, they performed demonstrations at Komaki Air Base in Aichi Prefecture. ●The kit includes a pilot figure and an aircraft missile set to reproduce the dummy Sparrow missiles that are equipped as tanks for smoke oil.
