It is a set with "3.7 cm anti-aircraft gun type 37" made by Tamiya, which is a typical anti-aircraft gun of the German army.
"Hanna" is wearing a uniform called "M40", which is a general infantry uniform used since the beginning of the war, and is three-dimensionalized with Kar98k in hand.
