The Seventeen-Test Battleship Fighter (later renamed the Test Rikaze) was planned as the successor to the Zero fighter, and as the name implies, the Navy submitted its requirements in 1942. The design was difficult due to the excessive performance requirements and the lack of room for engine selection, and the first prototype was not completed until April 1944 because the company was busy producing and refurbishing the Zero fighter and Raiden, which were currently in use. On its first flight, it was highly evaluated for its maneuverability and flight stability, but its speed and climbing performance were far from the required values due to a lack of engine power, and modifications were continued until the end of the war. The completed model measures 228mm in length and 291mm in width, with approximately 80 parts. Includes standing figures of the pilot and mechanic/officer sitting in the cockpit. *Price and package size change reproduction product.
