[Completely new mold] (All Japan Model Hobby Show New Products) Part Number FZ02 1/48 scale plastic model (R) Imperial Navy Zero Fighter Type 52 (Nakajima) The development and production of Japan's representative aircraft “Zero Fighter” was carried out by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, but production was also carried out by Nakajima Aircraft, and the final production numbers exceeded those of Mitsubishi. Although the Nakajima and Mitsubishi Zero Fighter Type 52 are the same aircraft, there are minor differences between them. Externally, there are differences in paint, such as the paint line between the dark green color and the color of the underside of the fuselage and the width of the white edge of the “Hinomaru” on the main wings, but there are also differences in the fuselage design. The kit carefully reproduces the differences between the Mitsubishi Zero and the Nakajima Zero. The canopy window frame and the glass part of the canopy are separate parts, which can be easily painted with clear parts (a standard one-piece molded canopy is also included). Furthermore, by dividing the fuselage into front and rear sections similar to the structure of the actual aircraft, the standard left-right split of the fuselage in aircraft plastic models has been eliminated, eliminating the need for careful finishing work on the part joining lines, aiming for an easy-to-build, precise plastic model. Completely new mold.
