The large aircraft carrier Shinano, which was built from a battleship to an aircraft carrier, is now available with etched parts! While the bottom of the ship is the same shape as the Yamato and Musashi, the port side, flight deck and bridge are Shinano's exclusive parts! The high-angle gun emplacement and port side have been simplified by integrating the number of parts! And yet, the deformation of the shape has not been compromised! The base of the high-angle gun is designed as one piece with the pedestal, and the side and top of the chimney are also made as one piece, reducing the assembly process. The hull is molded in green color, and part of the port side is painted with stickers. Three each of the Riketsu and Meteor aircraft are included. Included stickers include the flight deck markings, as well as details such as the Chrysanthemum crest and the mesh pattern of the No. 21 electric searchlight. The etching is a genuine etching that does not detract from the deformed image of the base kit, but still contains the same level of delicate expression as a regular ship model.
