Special Series Aircraft Carrier Oho (wooden deck) is now available with etched parts! The product is based on the motif of the appearance at the time of completion - the Battle of the Mariana. The flight deck, which is the subject of various theories, is a wooden deck motif with engraved parts included. Newly designed parts for the 2021 launch are available to unify the differences in the reproduction of equipment, etc. depending on the time of product release, some parts are also divided to take into account the painting work. The canvas and wheelhouse/machine room canopy of the 12-meter inner gunboat are separate parts to allow for painting. Each part is painted and assembled and glued afterwards. The 3-part configuration has the main body of the boat and the floor of the loading area as separate parts, and can be assembled after painting to eliminate the need for masking. The 12-meter inner launch can also be rendered without canvas. Newly prepared the chrysanthemum crest on the bow. A pair of port lights, which have been omitted from the modeling, are provided as additional parts. Decal with the name of the ship on the stern (in the color of the warship) has been added. The funnel caps are “pulled off” and sculpted with a sense of precision. Binocular telescope parts are included on the bridge (air defense command center) to increase the sense of precision. The port side high-angle gun turret and machine gun turret are separate parts, and the strip pattern on the floor is sculpted in fine detail. The 10cm long anti-aircraft gun, which is one of the features of the Oho, is provided as a special part for the Oho. A variety of port side outfitting parts such as radio aerial pole, landing guidance lights, and rattar are separately produced. The 25mm triple machine gun is precision molded and comes in a two-part design for easy painting.
