The 1/12 NEXT Series Hunter Cub: A pre-painted version for custom painters! This product is based on the CT125 Hunter Cub, which went on sale in 2021. It features a tandem footrest and a muffler cover, reflecting the Japanese domestic specification. The 1/12 scale allows for precise reproduction of intricate details. The body is molded in a white-based color to ensure vibrant paint results. Parts intended to be painted silver are primarily molded in black. The molded colors consist of three types: white, black, and clear. The engine block is designed to be assembled in sections, with the black and silver parts molded as separate components. The “HONDA” lettering on both sides is reproduced with delicate mold engraving. The distinctive air intake duct on the lower left rear is reproduced with a part division that facilitates painting it in matte black to contrast with the body color. The side stand and center stand are movable. The switches around the handlebars are accurately rendered in 3D, and the markings are reproduced using the included decals. The speedometer features a transparent cover over the face for a realistic look. The wing emblem in the center of the handlebars is represented by a decal, and even small details such as the master cylinder on the right side are faithfully reproduced. The seat features a three-piece construction that follows the fabric stitching lines. The seat is movable (opens and closes). The area around the inner fuel filler neck is sculpted in 3D, and the fuel cap is a separate part for easy painting. The passenger footrest can be set to either the stowed or extended position, and can be changed by swapping parts. The highly distinctive rear carrier is a single-piece part produced using a slide mold. The wheels and spokes are molded as a single unit, featuring the same fine detail as the Super Cub in this series for a realistic look. The wheels, once mounted on the body, are rotatable. Decals produced specifically for this product are included; unlike stickers, they are designed for painting and have a thin profile that won’t interfere with the finish.
