The product allows selection of the My?k?'s appearance at the start of the war (1941), during the Battle of the Philippine Sea (1943-1944), or during the Battle of Leyte Gulf (October 1944). The hull features a one-piece construction with port and starboard sides molded as a single unit, allowing for stable assembly compared to a left-right jointing method. The upper deck is a single part, with the forward and shelter deck sections as separate parts, while the aft section is integrated with the hull. Decals include the Imperial Japanese Navy ensign and aircraft markings. These etched parts allow for detailed representation down to the finest elements, difficult to achieve with injection-molded parts. They are useful for more advanced detail upgrades.
