Concrete-laid light gray flight deck specification with etched parts included! The product is based on the motif at the time of completion of construction in November 1944, and was sculpted with a completely new design and mold in 2017. The shipboard aircraft comes with the planned format. The ship's bottom/body parts are divided at the draft line, allowing both an offshore model/full hull model to be built. The Yamato and Musashi are sister ships in real life, but in order to express the differences between the two, they do not share the same parts, but use special parts. The hull is split into left and right sections, and the layout around the bow bellmouth is reproduced with correct design. The anti-submarine camouflage paint on the porthole is represented by the division of the color plastic parts and the use of sealing material with excellent tracking properties for some of the parts. The porthole windows on the porthole side are reproduced with delicate engravings of different shapes of closed/unclosed portholes. The bottom parts reproduce the bulge shape different from that of the Yamato. The rudder has two types: a round rudder, the same shape as the Yamato, which is conventionally believed, and a round rudder, the same type of rudder as that of the aircraft carrier Oho, which is recently said to be the same type of rudder. The flight deck consists of two pieces. The parts are divided between the concrete deck and the outer edge of the deck for optimal painting. The bridge is an integral part using a slide mold. All four sides are realistically sculpted with detailed carvings. The shape of the chimney and the structure around the rear short boat deck are sculpted based on recent data and research. Can be finished as an offshore model or a full hull model by choosing to attach these parts. Strip patterns on the high-angle gun turrets, monkey rattles on the hangar walls, and detailed sculpting on surfaces that tend to be monotonous, create a high-density modeling. Four types of shipboard aircraft are included: “Shiden Kai”, “Ryusei”, “Saiun” and “Sakurabana”. The Shiden Kai is reproduced in two colors: a general dark green color and an orange color that mimics the trial Shiden Kai II. The legs of the Ryusei, Saiun, and Shiden Kai are molded in one piece, and separate parts for the finely sculpted legs are also provided. The collapsible radio antenna prop can be folded down, allowing you to recreate the scene when launching the ship. Included stickers include anti-submarine camouflage on both sides and white lines on the flight deck, allowing the colors to be expressed without painting. Decals are included separately from the stickers for painting, and include the white lines on the flight deck and the Hinomaru symbol for the aircraft onboard. Bonus parts include adhesive-type “horizontal binoculars” and “ammunition box for machine gun” for detailed finishing. Etching parts are used to reproduce the delicate outfitting of the ship, which cannot be expressed by injection parts. Etched parts include handrail, ladder, rattar, No.13 electric probe, wind shield fence, elevator, crane, chimney cap, airplane propeller, etc. Features (Specific) The flight deck is reproduced in a special light gray color, which can be seen as if it were made of concrete. Included stickers are specially designed for the concrete-colored flight deck. Features (common) Molded parts are available in a total of 10 colors. Size when completed: 381x83x134mm. Number of assembled parts: 233 Runners x32 - Assembly manual x1 - Actual ship manual x1 - Color stickers x2 - Decals x1 - Etching parts x1 Please note that colors may look different from the actual product due to monitor and image resolution issues.
