The threezero X series is a high-end product of threezero working with various artists around the world to develop redesigned movable figures in their own unique styles.
The collaboration with Mr. Takayuki Takeya is "threezeroX Takayuki Takeya Ideon", which took more than 5 years in total for its design, prototype production, and development!
Takayuki Takeya, a world-renowned modeler, worked on the design and prototype.
Based on the anime "Space Runaway Ideon" directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino, known for "Mobile Suit Gundam" in 1980, it is said to be a ruin created by an alien named "Sixth Civilization", which has been destroyed in ancient times. In a way that emphasizes the concept, Mr. Takeya has redesigned the leading robot "Ideon".
To show that it is a product of technology far from humankind, Mr. Takeya studded the surface with geometric patterns that make it unclear whether it is decorative or functional.
And the overall form is exaggerated while retaining the elements found in the design of the original animation, expressing that it is due to an alien civilization.
Even after these creative redesigns, by applying the distinctive red and color distinctions, it is finished as something that anyone can recognize at a glance as an "ideon".
"Three zeroX Takayuki Takeya Ideon" is a fully movable figure with a total height of about 46 cm including the shoulders (the height of the crown including the horns is about 42 cm) and has more than 125 movable points throughout the body including the knuckles. ..
A die-cast metal frame is used inside to achieve stable and reliable movement of a large-sized figure.
