Precautions When Replacing the Sponge The shaft that inserts into the sponge is designed to be longer than that of a standard stick. If you push the sponge in too forcefully, the sides may deform, making the metal tip more likely to become exposed. Therefore, please adjust the shape of the sponge so that the sides are flat before use.
