VC Dome 3 is a dome type part for detail improvement.
It is a colored resin that has been treated like an optical coating, and thanks to the vibrant reflected light that is rich in color change and the processing of the reflective foil on the back side, I strongly insist that it is a small part.
Also, since the reflected light has a slight color change, it also has the effect of increasing the sense of depth.
The height and diameter are designed according to our SP/HD plate.
Therefore, the plate parts of other companies may not fit because the sizes do not fit.
In that case, processing such as enlarging the hole is required.

[About compatible plate size]
VC Dome 3 2.5mm fits for SP Plate 2 2.5mm and HD Plate 2.5mm.
A 2.5 mm diameter object does not fit into a 2.5 mm diameter hole, so the plate is marked with "for".
Look for compatible sizes such as 3.0mm plates for 3.0mm domes.
We do not know about the products of other companies, so please try to adjust them by actually inserting them.

The VC dome is the 4th series counting from the polarized type that is not named VC.
The acronym for Variable Color is called VC.
There are the following two major improvements in the 4th series.
The first point is the size.
Since it was raised from the mold, it was expensive, but the size can be finely adjusted according to our plate.
The size is made according to our SP plate 2 and HD plate, so you can use them in combination.
It is manufactured according to our plates, but in the unlikely event that the burr on the back foil gets caught and does not fit, it is very troublesome, but please cut off the interference part.
The second point is the color.
In addition to the three colors of red, blue, and green that existed with VC1, we are trying to manufacture different colors.
First released from green.
Later we have plans for red, pink, light blue and blue.
Initially, we were planning to sell a smaller diameter size, but since the size is not stable during mass production, the commercially available product has a diameter of 2.5 mm or more.
Since there are not enough numbers for distribution, small sizes are sold only at directly managed stores and discontinued.
