The motif is a birthday illustration drawn by Shinichiro Otsuka, the original illustration teacher, for "Re: Zero and Lam's Birthday Life 2019 in Shibuya Marui" starting from zero in 2019.
With a different outfit than usual, she made a very cute and lovely smile of ram with great attention to detail.
