Yuji Katagiri (Hiroshi Katagiri)
Born in Tokyo. Moved to the United States at the age of 18 and worked in Screaming Mad George's workshop.
In 1998, won the Emmy Makeup Award in the TV drama “X-FILE”.
Major works include “Captain Marvel” and “Pacific Rim”. Participated in film works by famous directors such as Steven Spielberg, Guillermo del Toro and Sam Raimi.
He has made a significant contribution to the character creation of their films.
In recent years, sculpture seminars have been held in various parts of Japan, and efforts are being made to foster the next generation.
