SF / Anime character (finished product / fixed pose)
-Realistic reproduction of the suit that appeared in the TV work "Ultraman".
The prototype of Ultraman (C type), which is also the origin of the "Character Classics" series, was created for another project about 20 years ago, and it was restricted to give facial expressions to the arms and legs.
In this renewal, it is remodeled with an awareness of its appearance as a statue.
Aiming for a more realistic shape of the mask, the body shape is conscious of a slightly weak standing figure, pursuing the proportions of suit actor Bin Furuya at that time, and modeling with a direction that minimizes deformation.
The biggest feature of the C type style is that the stuffing on the shoulders, chest, and buttocks is emphasized compared to the A type and B type, and the stuffing on the flanks makes the C type look like a body when standing upright. The unique features are firmly reproduced, and it can be said that it is the definitive edition of the real-oriented Ultraman C type model.
[Takashi Kinoshita]
Takashi Kinoshita is a rare real reproduction artist who can embody the image that the brain holds in the mind, not the retinal image that the brain recognizes with the actual eyes.
The method of producing a model that feels "more realistic than the real thing" is to research the motif realistically, change the balance of the outline that forms the body shape such as the head and body, and the details considering the appearance at the time of finishing. Adjust the reproduction.
With this advanced realism modeling, it can be said that it is a unique existence that can accurately express "the image of the character that everyone envisions" in three dimensions.
Ultraman, which is the boundary of simple design, can be said to be the most compatible motif for Kinoshita, and we have created many Ultraman series so far.
