Plastic Sci-Fi/Animation Character Assembly Kit First ever! Plastic model kit of the Machine God by Yutaka Izubuchi From the comic "Kishin Gensetsu RuneMasker" by illustrator, mecha designer, and animation director Yutaka Izubuchi comes the first ever plastic model kit of the machine god "RuneMasker" Sleipnir! In 1988, Yutaka Izubuchi and Kaiyodo teamed up to create "Kishin Gensetsu RuneMasker," a completely original work that was developed through two forms of expression: three-dimensional and illustration. Using current perspectives and technology, the "Rune Masquer," a machine god designed by Yutaka Izubuchi that appears in the work, will be released as a new plastic model kit. Akira Tani, one of Kaiyodo's leading experts in mecha modeling, is in charge of the prototype production. The unique design by Yutaka Izubuchi, which combines the mechanical and biological characteristics of a half-human, half-horse, is sculpted in a large, voluminous size. The exterior is composed of smooth curves, and organic parts such as the fluttering mane and tail are designed to be easily assembled as a fixed model by skillfully dividing the parts. The kit also includes a pedestal and a large spear as armament. When completed, the figure of the mechanical god "Rune Masker" standing on a rocky outcropping with a god-like appearance can be enjoyed.
