The 1/100-scale Destroid “Phalanx,” packed with 1/72-scale proportions and intricate details, is set for release! When discussing the mecha of “Super Dimension Fortress Macross,” the “Destroid,” which defends the Macross ships, is just as indispensable as the “Valkyrie.” Wave has already released 1/72-scale models, but we will now be expanding the “Destroid” series to 1/100 scale as well. The third entry in the series, the “Phalanx,” is a snap-fit model that requires no glue, just like the ‘Tomahawk’ and “Defender,” with polycaps allowing for articulation at each joint.
