When the TV anime "The Super Dimension Fortress Macross" began airing on October 3, 1982, the VF-1J stunned fans with its opening scene! PLAMAX's new 1/72 scale VF-1 Fighter Valkyrie series is a kit of such an impressive aircraft. Kit Description: While the number of parts is kept to a minimum, the details are expressed with a sense of intonation and density, so you will get a finished product packed with the charm of the Valkyrie with a sense of speed that will make you want to assemble it again and again. The joints between parts have been set to be as inconspicuous as possible, and the glue allowances have been made to ensure that each unit fits tightly into place, so that the parts are firmly positioned and angled, giving the model an extremely rigid feel after completion. The head of the model comes with a J-shaped head, which is very impressive as the main character of the TV series, and a newly sculpted pilot figure is included in the cockpit. The panel in front of the canopy is also a separate part for easy painting. Each part is molded in four colors, so simply apply stickers and decals after assembly for a realistic finish.
