This plastic model assembly kit is a 1/72 scale reproduction of the Spitfire, which was one of the leading British fighters in World War II. The model is Mk. IXc equipped with Merlin series engines. The parts are made by Eduard of the Czech Republic, which is known for its sharp finish. The kit accurately reproduces the shape of the fuselage, wings, and other parts of the aircraft, which represents the later stage of the Spitfire, renowned as a masterpiece aircraft. The inside of the cockpit and leg hangars are also detailed in great detail. In addition, this kit comes with special detail-up etching parts. Etched parts are provided for the exterior of the fuselage and the cockpit. The delicate etched parts will give the finished model an even sharper realistic appearance. The markings are selected from the aircraft of 127th squadron, which was active in the D-Day landings in 1944. The markings depicting the Norwegian flag are reproduced. Decals are made of high quality Cartograf. Etching parts are included in this kit. Reproduce the masterpiece aircraft of the Royal Air Force, the Spitfire in 1/72 scale. Parts are made by Eduard.
