Enjoy E46 with the markings of 2002 Macau Gear Race entry. About the actual car. The main machine that was active in the 1990s and 2000s of BMW, which boasts a history of many glorious glories in touring car racing, is the model code-named E46. It was developed based on the BMW 3 Series, the fourth generation of which was introduced in 1999, and was entrusted to many teams participating in touring car races around the world. While most of the base cars for touring car racing were shifting to front-engine front-drive (FF), BMW maintained its front-engine rear-drive (FR) system, which was highly trusted by drivers and teams that demanded different handling characteristics from FF cars. From 1999 to 2003, the BMW E46 of Curly Motors competed in the DTCC, the Dutch national touring car championship race, and won the championship in 2001, driven by Tom Coronel. About the model. The model is a 1/24th scale plastic model assembly kit of the BMW 320i E46, the car that Tom Coronel drove to victory in the 2001 German Touring Car Championship, DTCC. The simple and basic body style is modeled with full of realism. This kit includes decals to reproduce the livery of the car driven by Duncan Huisman of the Netherlands in the 2002 Macau Gear Race. You can enjoy the logo of Park 'n Shop, a supermarket headquartered in Hong Kong, and the blue paint scheme for a different image from the kit. Of course, the kit's interior accurately conveys the atmosphere of a racing model, with a roll cage, bucket seats, various equipment, and dashboard. The chassis underside is also a must-see with its detailed floor panels, exhaust system, suspension arms, and other details that give the chassis a three-dimensional appearance. The 1/24 scale model reproduces the BMW 320i E36 that won the Dutch Touring Car Championship in 2001. Finish approx. 190mm. This kit also includes decals to reproduce the livery of the car driven by Huisman in the 2002 Macau Ghia race. The underside of the chassis has been realistically reproduced in detail. The interior, including the roll bar, is also modeled in detail. Product size: approx. 190mm in length *The BMW logo and the BMW wordmark are the trademarks of BMW AG and used under license.
