"The Last Gun Fighter" on board the French aircraft carrier! !!
The flowing, simple and sleek figure of Roundel, the anchor mark, looks surprisingly good.
The F-8 Crusader, which appeared as the first practical supersonic carrier-capable fighter in the US Navy. I modeled the French Navy version on 1/144 scale.
When it first appeared in the late 1950s, it was a crusader with high-speed performance and air combat performance that surpassed that of land planes at that time.
Its high performance has caught the eye of the French Navy and has been responsible for the air defense of the French fleet since the 1960s.
The kit reproduces the French Navy's Crusader with the Platts parts, which are well-established for their fine details, and the high-quality decals made by the Italian cult graph.
It conveys a chic charm that is a bit different from the original American Navy Crusader.
Crusader was also called the'last gun fighter'because of his excellent fighting performance in the Vietnam War.
Enjoy the appearance of the French Navy on board the French aircraft carrier until 2000, when it replaced the successor Rafale M.
