Fujimi 1/700 Kan NEXT Series No.17 EX-201 Japanese cruiser Kuma 1942 (with Photo-Etched Parts)

Ship NEXT Series Light Cruiser Kuma Showa 17” is now available with etching parts! The product is based on the motif of the figure before the anti-aircraft armament was strengthened in the second half of the Showa 17. The opening of the rear torpedo tube is enclosed with dedicated parts that can reproduce the state of being blocked by canvas tension. The linoleum deck is made of a special part to reproduce the unique vertical linoleum of the Kuma, in contrast to the horizontal linoleum deck of ordinary naval vessels. Etching parts are included to reproduce details that are difficult to reproduce with injection parts. Etched parts include funnel caps (mesh type), handrails, water scout landing derrick, port light, rattar, etc. The product is designed as a snap-fit type that does not require any adhesives. Major parts are represented by color-coded plastic parts, and some colored parts are reproduced with realistic seals that have excellent surface followability. All assembly methods are snap-fit, and both offshore/full-hull types can be produced by splitting parts at the waterline.
