The Series E531 Aka-Den Wrapping Commemorative Train is a wrapping train that was introduced to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Katsuta Rolling Stock Center, inspired by the Series 401 paint scheme (Aka-Den). The wrapped train, which will be in operation as part of the regular train service until around spring 2026, is now available on the Plarail. ■The "E531 Series" Aka-Den wrapping commemorative train is the model. Each of the three cars can be connected and disconnected. Electric train runs at one speed, and can be rolled by hand with the switch OFF. Plastic train card included.
