The Tomica 55th Anniversary Automaker Collaboration Project Launches! The Suzuki Jimny Tomica 55th Anniversary Special Edition Arrives! The “Tomica 55th Anniversary Automaker Collaboration Project” is a dream initiative made possible with the cooperation of five automakers: Toyota Motor Corporation, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, and Suzuki Motor Corporation. Designers from each company, who normally handle real-car designs, created special 55th-anniversary designs exclusively for “Tomica.” Each company held an internal competition to decide on a design that best suits one of the most popular vehicles in the Tomica lineup.
