The Series 381 Limited Express Yakumo, which began commercial operation in 1982 and ran through the Showa, Heisei, and 2024 eras, is now available on Plarail as a 6-car mixed-color formation of the “Green Yakumo”, “JNR Color Yakumo”, and “Super Yakumo” that actually operated in the late 1990s. The model is a mixed color formation of “Series 381 Limited Express Yakumo”. Each of the 6 cars can be connected and disconnected. Electric train runs at one speed, and can be rolled by hand when the switch is turned off. Rail is not included. Set includes] 6-car train (1), parts order form (1) (C) TOMY, JR West Merchandising Permission granted. Uses 1 AA alkaline battery (battery sold separately) *To prevent accidental ingestion, a “screw-on” battery case lid is used.
