The “Missing Link” series, a virtual reissue of a figure that may have existed in that era, now features the fantastic Arcee (prototype). What if Arcee, which was not released at the time, had been commercialized in a fully posable version? The size, texture, and nostalgia of the original Arcee is preserved in this completely new design, based on the image of what it would have been like if the Arcee had been released in a fully posable version! In 1986, product development had progressed to the stage of a non-deforming styrofoam prototype, but the Arcee was never released. Based on this hypothetical scenario, an ideal Arcee toy has finally been created, with a new deformation mechanism implemented to match the size and basic construction of the 1986 toy, which is partially made of die-cast alloy, and incorporates movable joints for posing and gimmicks depicted in the animated series. The fantastic piece that Transformers fans around the world have been waiting for will finally be filled. This product reproduces the same pink/orange color scheme as the initial styrofoam prototype version of the time, the color of the initial setting version. The head design is also based on the initial setting. While thoroughly pursuing the styling of the time, which was taken from existing materials, each joint has been configured in a modern style. The figure can be freely posed. The small laser gun used in “The Movie” and other scenes from the anime is included, and can be attached to the bottom or rear of the vehicle in vehicle mode. The well-known “secret emblem” is also attached to the robot's body, and when heated with a finger, the corps symbol will appear. A foil sticker with a period-style design is also included and can be attached as desired. The back of the figure is equipped with a joint hole for a stand (sold separately), allowing the figure to be displayed in an action pose. The package illustration is a new drawing inspired by the style of the time, and a collection card featuring the same illustration is also included. Even the packaging and Styrofoam tray pay homage to that era, bringing back the excitement of opening Transformers products from the 80's.
