The 10th installment features Ultra Magnus?Convoy's capable right-hand man and a key character in the Scramble City plan! Originally launched as a main product during the Transformers 2010 series rollout, Ultra Magnus became a popular item thanks to its play value: a white Convoy-type robot combining with a carrier section to form a large robot. Now, it returns in the Missing Link series with numerous new features and a completely new design. The Convoy-type robot forming the truck section utilizes parts from the series' C-01 Convoy figure with some new additions to enable combination with the carrier section. While retaining its die-cast components, it now features movable joints throughout the combined form, allowing for dynamic posing. The car carrier's vehicle mode can carry multiple separately sold Missing Link products. It can also transform into various formations, just like the original products, such as a maintenance base, command base, or mobile operations base. Furthermore, based on the hypothetical question, “What if the legendary ‘Powered Buggy’ included with the Diaclone version before its release as a Transformer had been included with Ultra Magnus back then?”, this version restores that vehicle. Its previously swap-based transformation mechanism has been redesigned for full transformation, and it is included as a new Transformer character named “Deastalker”. Furthermore, Ultramagnus' chest protector has been restored with the wheels that were removed back then, reviving the Protector Machine form. Each can be played with in conjunction with the Ultramagnus main body. Like C-05 Sunstreaker, it includes a “human” figure that can ride in both the Deerstalker and Protector Machine. The robot body features a “Secret Emblem” sticker; warming it with your finger reveals the faction mark. The Convoy-type robot, Ultra Magnus, and Deerstalker have rear joints compatible with separately sold stands, allowing display in action poses. The package illustration is an original drawing inspired by the era, and a collection card is included.
