The F-35A was accurately and precisely modeled based on Tamiya's extensive research. The F-35A has been selected by the U.S. Air Force, Italian Air Force, Air Self-Defense Force, and others. There is no doubt that the F-35A will continue to be a key component of the world's air force in the future. The F-35A's unique fuselage shape with high stealth characteristics has been faithfully reproduced. The radar wave absorbing material (RAM) coating applied to the entire surface of the fuselage is delicately molded. The air intakes inside the fuselage are accurately modeled in a large Y-shaped curved shape. Engine nozzles are sharply shaped and detailed, and are divided into 5 sections. The armory doors in the fuselage can be opened or closed. The canopy can be replaced after completion. Crew ladder is selectable between stowed and deployed. A pilot figure equipped with HMD (Helmet Mounted Display) is included. Markings of 9 countries including Japan Air Self-Defense Force and mask stickers for the canopy are included. Overall length 326mm, width 222mm.
