In June 1940, the German army that occupied France proceeded with the requisition and deployment of French-made military vehicles.
One of them is the AMD35 four-wheeled armored vehicle, which has a 105-horsepower four-cylinder gasoline engine and excellent mobility with four-wheel drive and a turret equipped with a 25mm tank gun and a 7.5mm machine gun.
The German army gave P200 (f) the name of the confiscation of about 200 AMD35s, of which 43 were refurbished to rail-type rail armored vehicles.
Many of them were additionally equipped with radios and large frame antennas.
Railway armored car P204 (f), mainly deployed on the Eastern Front, struggled to defend the railway line that supported the supply of supplies.
In order to protect the lifeline of front line units from the destructive activities of the Partisans and the Soviet Army, he exerted his power in conducting forced reconnaissance, searching for enemies and patrols of track conditions until the end of the war.
