If you make countersinks on the plate attached to the back of the chassis, the head of the screw will not pop out and the finish will be a smooth bottom, preventing the screw from touching the road surface.
Set of 10 lengths of 6 mm, 8 mm and 15 mm each.
Be sure to machine the plate to be installed with a 2 mm countersunk hole processing bit (for electric router).
