Plastic ship model assembly kit
The 8th aircraft carrier in the US Navy, and the 3rd Yorktown-type carrier, was completed in 1941. It is a plastic model assembly kit for the Hornet, which disappeared in the Pacific Ocean in the 1942 South Pacific Battle. The Hornet made a name for itself in the first air raid on the mainland of Japan, equipped with the twin bomber B-25 Mitchell, in April 1942 when Japan continued to win a continuous battle. The kit reproduces the appearance of this operation, and 16 B-25s are also set. Of course, each part of the hull such as a deck, a bridge, and a bulkhead inside an elevator is a delicate finish. I am looking forward to devising the sea surface and challenging the scene in preparation for launch.
● Length: 350 mm when completed
