[A Notable Motorcycle That Brought GP Machine Mechanics to the Mass Market] Debuted at the 1983 Tokyo Motor Show. This is a plastic model assembly kit that recreates the RZV500R, which garnered attention as a motorcycle featuring the same mechanics as Yamaha’s GP racer, the YZR500?specifically, a water-cooled 500cc 2-stroke V4 engine. The large fairing, fuel tank, and subtle lines of the single-seat cowl, all exuding a racing atmosphere, are faithfully reproduced just like the real thing. High-precision details include the much-talked-about water-cooled 2-stroke V4 engine, as well as the carburetor and radiator. The rear link-type monoshock suspension uses metal coil springs to provide a realistic feel. Additionally, wiring and piping, such as ignition wires and radiator hoses, are rendered using vinyl tubing. ・Overall Length: 172 mm *The photo shows the kit after assembly and painting.
