The Mini 4WD TYXIV (Tixiv) is a machine designed by hyper-designer Takayuki Yamazaki, who has worked on series such as “DCR (Decross)” and “Cross Spear.” The eye-catching body in vivid fluorescent green is compact, designed to achieve the lightweight and low center of gravity essential for Mini 4WD. The intake and outlet vents are designed with airflow in mind, and the set includes two types of front and rear fenders?one for small-diameter tires and one for large-diameter tires. Additionally, you can choose between a smoke-colored canopy and a cockpit part integrated with a driver figure. This allows you to enjoy different styles. The chassis features the ME, which is equipped with a double-shaft motor that offers excellent drive efficiency. Another key feature is that it comes standard with race-oriented super-hard, small-diameter, low-profile tires. [ The ME Chassis: Refined for Drive Efficiency and Lightweight Performance ] The ME chassis was introduced as the third chassis equipped with a double-shaft motor, following the MS and MA. “ME” stands for “Midship Evolution.” Developed under the concept of “lightweight, flexible, and easy to use,” this chassis incorporates moderate flex into the chassis body itself, ensuring excellent road-following performance and sufficient torsional rigidity in the drivetrain. Furthermore, it achieves weight reduction while retaining the MA chassis’s ease of assembly. Key features include the use of lightweight, high-rigidity ABS resin for the chassis body and rollers (A-parts), as well as low-friction POM resin for the shaft bearings. Additionally, the front and rear bumpers are split-type components that attach to the chassis body with screws. It comes standard with a 3.5:1 gear ratio, designed for high-speed performance.
