Action Figure (Animation/Science Fiction Character) A retro toy version of the transformable combined figure of “Voltron” that gained popularity in the U.S. in the 80's is now available! From the “Voltron” anime series that gained popularity overseas in the 80's, a new color variation of the already released “Robo-do Voltron” is now available in a plated “Robo-do Voltron (Retro Toy Version)” that is reminiscent of the toys released back in 1981! Like the previously released regular color version, “RoboDo Voltron (Retro Toy Version)” is a non-scale fully articulated figure, standing approximately 27 cm (10.6 inches) tall in Voltron form. It has a die-cast internal frame. The classic plated silver finish, the highlight of this release, gives the figure a retro look that evokes nostalgia, and the two sets of exclusive metallic stickers (included) recall the fun and joy of hand-detailing toys of yesteryear. The second set of metallic stickers can be applied to the already released “RoboDo Voltron” series. The threezero development team has taken great care in recreating this classic robot Voltron. The “RoboDo Voltron (Retro Toy Version)” retains the retro look, but offers a wider range of motion and a more solid articulation mechanism. The “RoboDo Voltron (Retro Toy Version)” consists of five lion mecha, which can be separated into a lion form and combined into a Voltron form. All five lion mecha are fully movable figures with die-cast metal parts used in some movable parts. The combined figure has a total of 124 points of articulation throughout its body. In addition to the weapons for the Voltron form, a set of weapons dedicated to each Lion mecha is also included.
