A domestic automatic rifle that was first developed in postwar Japan and adopted in 1964. It is a firearm with features unique to the Self-Defense Forces equipment, such as high accuracy, a short stock that matches the physique of the Japanese, and a reduced ammunition that has the same shape as the 7.62mm NATO ammunition but has a small amount of charge to facilitate control.
The kit includes a bipod that can be opened and closed, a floor tail plate, a detachable bayonet, and a full-size magazine. Wooden parts such as stocks and grips and other parts such as metal are reproduced by color coding of resin.
Comes with a special illustration card for the Type 64
A display card (postcard size) is included!
