Plastic model runner kit (achromatic)
[Scale] 1/12
[Size] Overall length about 4-6 cm
[Material] Resin (PS), body: Black resin
British submachine gun L2A3, commonly known as "Sterling SMG".
Developed during World War II, it was adopted in 1953 as a close quarters combat weapon to complement the long-range, high-powered flagship rifle L1A1 (FAL).
The style in which the magazine protrudes from the side of the iron pipe-shaped body is reminiscent of the Sten SMG of its predecessor, but in fact some of the Sten production equipment could be diverted.
Although it is a simple blowback / open bolt method, you can see ingenuity not found in stainless steel, such as a bolt carrier that scrapes out dust during operation and a rotary stock.
The blaster rifle that appears in the science fiction blockbuster is a stage gun based on this Sterling SMG, and can be said to be a gun that has shown a spectacular success in the world of silver screens.
This work models the most major Sterling SMG Mk4 type.
Stock expansion and storage selection type. The barrel jacket is reproduced with a two-way slide mold.
And in this work, it is the first bolt opening and closing selection type of Little Armory. Comes with a bayonet.
・ Stock can be selected
・ Magazine protruding right next to the main body
・ Two-way slide mold is used for the heat dissipation hole of the barrel jacket.
・ A special bayonet can be attached
・ Bolt opening and closing can be selected
-Reproduce as much as possible the parts division that is conscious of the composition of the actual gun
* Recommended use of adhesive for plastic models
