The Mk. 2 model, the most produced in the series, and its special operations model, the S model, are produced as a set of two. Three types of stocks, with or without bayonet, and other style options are available. About the Sten Mk2 Type The Sten gun is a 9mm caliber submachine gun developed in the UK during WW2. In 1940, the British were facing a serious shortage of firearms due to the deployment of U-boats, air raids on the mainland, and the loss of equipment due to the retreat from Dunkirk. The Sten gun was born as a solution. It was designed with production efficiency in mind, using pipe material for the receiver and a simple trigger mechanism. It was manufactured in any factory that could produce metal fabricated goods, and showed such high productivity that it was even made in a toy manufacturer's factory. Stenghans played an important role in overcoming their country's disadvantages and in gaining a foothold in the rebellion. The box art was drawn by Samaru!
