The MG3 is a modern version of the MG42, famous as a German machine gun during World War II.
The basic structure such as the combination of the muzzle booster and short recoil barrel that ensures high rate of fire and stable operation, and the barrel jacket that makes it easy to replace the barrel remains the same, and it has 7.62 x 51 mm NATO bullet specifications, such as M60 and M240. The separate link barrel used in is also available. It has been adopted in 20 countries around the world, including the Bundeswehr.
This kit reproduces the MG3's unique muzzle booster, simple anti-aircraft sight case, and magazine. The two leg parts are openable and closable. A belt link made of soft resin, which was popular with the M240G, is also included.
