Adopts "carburizing and nitriding" quenching method to obtain surface hardening layer! Can cut: brass, copper and other light metals, polypate, solder, wood chips, acrylics, etc. Single grit (#1000 or equivalent) can be used to file fine etched parts with minimal drag. The double grain (equivalent to #400) has good cutting power, and the single grain finishes cleanly, resulting in much better work efficiency.
